Community and Things to Do
We have a large community firepit in the back of the park for all to enjoy. Sit out at night to enjoy the stars or make a campfire and have some smores. The view is fantastic. It’s the perfect spot to view 3rd of July fireworks. All cabin rentals and RV guests are welcome to come and enjoy the area for conversation and relaxation. We often have pot lucks in the summer to get to know each other and share fun recipes. Feeling adventurous? Hike the mountain in back and get a great view of the park (make sure to send us a picture for our webpage) or just cruse the trail across the back. It’s like a private forest close to home. For in park fun there’s also a horseshoe pit, basketball & tetherball area. There’s plenty of parking for your recreational ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail toys as well. See our page with things to do for trail information for ideas to make your visit even better. Many of our rental cabins are pet friendly (dogs only, additional fee) and we have plenty of room for them to run under supervision (on a leash).
Our property is situated right up against the mountain, so wildlife viewing happens often in the early morning and near sunset in the evening. We have abundant deer, fox, rabbits and more. Enjoy the good mountain life with us all summer long and the serene beautiful winter landscape in the winter. Our cabins are open all year long!
